I'm available by appointment Monday-Friday from 11-7. For check-in calls on coaching plans I do schedule as early as 8 am to help fit your work schedule.
Service Policies
Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. If something changes in your schedule please reach out so we have a chance to fix things before a problem arises. I ask you adhere to the following policies:
24 hour advance notice: 24 hour notice is required when canceling an appointment. A member of your household can take your appointment in your place if you are within the 24 hour window (Ex. you have a 1:00pm appointment on a Thursday, if you contact me at 5:00pm on Wednesday you are within the 24 hour window). If you are unable to give 24 hours notice you will be charged the half the price of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. You are allowed to reschedule within a 24 hour window, but if this happens more than once in a 3 month period it will be treated as a short notice cancelation.
No Call/No Show: If you fail to arrive for your appointment and do not provide any notice of your cancelation you are responsible for the full amount of the appointment. If it happens multiple times you will not be allowed to book again.
Medical Emergencies: I attempt to make allowances for medical emergencies, but if it becomes a recurring problem we will need to discuss if you can continue to be a patient of the practice.
Communication Policy
Texting Preferred: As I spend my day working 1-on-1 with clients, it is difficult to answer my phone and check my voicemail. Texting is the easiest way to reach me and also allows us to have a record to check regarding self-care recommendations or appointment bookings.
